Lytro app not connecting to camera (1st gen)

Hello, tryed multiple things on several devices, still no way to get my pictures on my Ios device through camera's built in wifi and ipad/iphone app...

Reset, hard reset, reintallation of app ... Nothing seems to work

Try to find the answer on Yahoo Answer. It almost provides every answer you want from them. Thanks

Thanks but that was not really helpful.
Is somebody in the same boat? I can't use the lytro on my ios devices.

Are you considering old customers or are you just focusing in the new toy? Is this the kind of support I am expected to have after purchasing a 500€ camera? Do you think I am going to buy the new Illium if this is what is going to happen again when a new camera hits the market?

I am really upset

Hi Cesar,
first of all, please note that we are not affiliated with Lytro, we're just a site for light field enthusiasts.

How far in the process do you get:
Can you activate the camera's wifi and display the network name and password?
Can you connect your iOS device to the camera's wifi network?
Does the app show you other's Living Pictures in the feed? Does it show your camera's thumbnails in black and white?

I turn camera's wifi on
I connect wifi's camera with mi iphone 5 ios 8 and with mi ipad ios 8.1
But apo says connecting.
I have loaded a pic from my macbook to the app as a favourite picture. That is the only pic of mine that is loaded on the app

But there is no communication betwren camera and iphone/ipad

Lytro says they are working on it. I see no progress after 2 weeks
