Obtaining the Photoshop Plugin for Lytro Desktop 4

I have tried to follow any possible online instruction on how to install the Photoshop Plugin for Lytro Desktop 4 however the option in the menu is greyed out and does not come up with a popup to ask me to install the plugin.

Can anyone assist with alternative way to obtain the plugin apart from directly through the software program?

I wish I could help. Just bought my Lytro Illum. Trying to figure out how to export and animation. Watched the videos; my software looks different?
