Where to buy arrays with multiple focal length?

Dear all,

the big advantage of Raytrix appears to be good understanding on how a light-field camera works plus the consequence to use lens arrays with multiple focal length.

Do you have any idea where to buy such arrays?

That would be very much appreciated because it could help many people to build their own light field cameras.
